Welcome to University Vista Apartments! We provide beautiful apartments and a peaceful atmosphere conveniently located in central Tucson. Our location offers easy access to the University of Arizona, stores, shops, bus stops, and many other near by activities that are within walking distance.

Apartment Utility break down and Amenities

  • Utilities are covered except for Electricity and Gas which are paid separately by tenants. Their estimated cost is between $60-80/month total.
  • 12 month leases available starting June - August 2024.
  • WiFi is included at no extra cost.
  • Free Tenant Vehicle Parking.
  • Two on-site, coin operated laundry facilities.
  • Swimming pool, picnic tables and a park grill.

Application fees are $35 per applicant.
The Deposit cost reflects 1 month of rent: 2 bed 2 bath units at $1,400, 1 bed 1 bath units at $950 and Studio units at $850.
