  • Apartment availability begins during the first week of August. Rent rate per apartment is $1625/month.

 

  • Leases will be approximately 12 months long and go through July 20th, 2026 with the option to renew.

 

  • Tenants pay for utilities separately. Water/sewage/Gas bills are billed directly from our office, around $50/month depending on individual apartment usage. Tenants sign up with TEP for electricity, estimated around $80 per month.

 

  • New amenities include in-unit washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, kitchen disposals, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets with granite countertops and remodeled showers.
  • Parking passes are $300/year and tenants are assigned their own parking space.

 

  • Free WiFi, and apartment furnishings are provided.

 

  • Pool and grill area

Application fees are $35 per person, and the deposit per apartment matches the rent rate.
